Things to know:
Consultations are recommended, but not required prior to receiving treatments.
Menstruating women cannot receive treatments, as they will hamper the detoxification process of the menstrual cycle.
Preparing for your Consultation:
Large meals are best avoided for diagnosis purposes - an empty stomach is best.
Please avoid caffeine on the day of your consultation. If you have trouble with this, please contact Dylan so he can assist.
If applicable, please bring medical test reports, scans, etc. to your consultation.
Preparing for your Treatment(s):
On the day of treatment, please avoid caffeine and alcohol. If you have trouble with this, contact Dylan so he can assist.
It is best to begin treatments on a light stomach.
Please brush/comb your hair well before an Abhyanga treatment.
For Abhyanga and Basti treatments, you will be in your underpants and modestly covered with towels.
The oils used in Abhyanga and Basti treatments pull toxins out of your body to the surface of your skin and should be washed off within 1 hour after treatment. To shower at The Spring, please bring your own towel. To shower at home, please wear clothes you don’t mind getting oily to wear after.
