What is Rounding?


Rounding is industrial-strength meditation.

It's a carefully crafted sequence of gentle yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and rest that will bring deeper experiences in meditation and release long-held stresses from the nervous system. Rounding on a regular basis as part of your practice will put you on the fast track to more happiness, clarity, and creativity. 


Rounding Instruction + Led Group Round

This two-hour workshop is for Vedic Meditators who have already completed the four-day Vedic Meditation or Transcendental Meditation® course. It will provide you with the detailed instruction and experience to allow you to successfully integrate Rounding into your home program, as your time permits. The first hour will go in-depth into the the asanas and pranayama that allow the meditator to experience deeper rest, more profound stress release, more blissfulness, and greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation. The second hour will be a Led Group Round. Rounding does not require any prior experience in yoga asana, pranayama, flexibility, or coordination.

Led Group Round

The Spring offers a Led Group Round for any graduate of the Vedic Meditation or Transcendental Meditation® course who has already learned to Round. A teacher will guide you through the entire sequence. The Led Group Round is great for anyone who struggles to roll out the mat and round on their own, anyone who's unsure of the correct positioning and nuances of the asanas, or anyone who already Rounds regularly but wants to experience the even deeper effects of Rounding in a group.
