This month, we're learning about the power of essential oils with wellness coach Paola Atlason. Non-toxic, plant-based essential oils can enhance health in more ways than you think.
After an opening group meditation, Paola will teach you how to use oils for mental and physical support, depending on your individual needs. You’ll leave with your own custom oil blend to enjoy this spring.
All are welcome, no meditation experience required.
