Vedic Meditation Courses
The Vedic Meditation course is taught over four consecutive days, 60-90 minutes each day.
During the course, you'll receive your personal mantra and learn about the mechanics of effortlessness, what's happening in your mind and body when you meditate, how to navigate thoughts in meditation, and how to sustainably integrate a meditation practice into your daily life.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to meditate easily without needing an app, a guide, or even a quiet space. You’ll also be set up to continue a consistent stress-release practice to awaken more clarity, energy, and peace in your life.
The course includes access to Group Meditation sessions and ongoing support from your teacher. This practice is all about creating positive shifts in your life, and we are here to support you through it all.
Here’s what the course covers:
Session 1: Receive your mantra (the sound you will use to meditate) and have your first eyes-closed experience with it.
Session 2: Learn the mechanics of effortlessness. Vedic Meditation is all about ease; there is no focus or concentration involved. We know that “trying” to quiet your mind doesn’t work, so we teach you how to use your mantra effortlessly and allow your mind and body to settle naturally.
Session 3: Learn how to navigate thoughts in meditation. We teach you what’s happening in your mind and body while you meditate, how it relates to the process of stress release, and how to have a neutral relationship with your thoughts.
Session 4: Learn how to incorporate meditation into your busy life. We teach you how to fit meditation into your day, how to tweak your practice when your life changes, and how a consistent daily practice can profoundly change your experience of life itself.
Each session includes group meditation, individual support in refining your technique, and plenty of time for Q&A.
