What is Rounding?

Rounding is an intentionally crafted sequence of gentle yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation that brings deep experiences and profound stress release. Rounding does not require any experience in yoga or pranayama; the only prerequisite is the 4-day Vedic Meditation course.
