Join Willow parent Arden Martin for a course in Vedic Meditation to benefit the Willow Fund.
*Two spots left!*
You’ll learn a simple, deeply restful meditation technique that reduces stress and anxiety, improves mental clarity, and supports your overall wellbeing.
This course is for you if you’d like to begin meditating daily, you’ve tried meditation apps with little success, or you’d like to deepen your existing practice. No experience is required.
The course includes four 60-minute sessions, four mornings in a row, right after drop-off at Laundry in Gladstone. After completing the course, you’ll be set up with a daily meditation practice that can be done anywhere – without an app, a guide, or even a quiet space.
50% of course fees will be donated to the Willow Fund.
Course Dates and Location:
Dates: Monday, February 26 - Thursday, February 29 from 8:15 - 9:15am
Location: Laundry in Gladstone (210 Main Street)
Can’t make those dates? You’re welcome to sign up for Arden’s weekend course, running Friday February 23 - Monday, February 26, and still support the Willow Fund. Email arden@thespringmeditation.com for weekend course details.

She’s been teaching people how to settle their minds and find more ease in their lives ever since.
