Rounding Immersion (Online)

Join us for an online immersive experience of deep rest and stress release in your own home. Over the course of four days, you’ll step away from work, simplify your meals, and dive into daily Rounds with in-depth guidance from your teachers. The program will run from Friday, Jan 15 to Monday, Jan 18 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day). Please note: The date/time shown below (in EST) is for the initial session only a full schedule for the weekend will be provided after registration.


What is Rounding?

As soon as you complete the four-day Vedic Meditation course, you are eligible to learn the advanced practice of Rounding.

Rounding is a carefully crafted sequence of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and rest that brings deeper experiences in meditation and releases long-held stresses from the nervous system. Rounding multiple times a day (under careful supervision from a Vedic Meditation teacher) will put you on the fast track to more happiness, clarity, and alignment in your life.

What will I get from the Rounding Immersion?

  • Detailed Rounding instruction (or a refresher if you’ve already learned)

  • A four-day Rounding program to suit your needs

  • Daily check-ins and knowledge meetings

  • Optional online gatherings throughout the program to foster community and shared experience

  • A list of recommended reading to enjoy during the immersion (since you’ll be mostly unplugged)

How should I prepare?

In order to dive deep at home, you must create an environment that is conducive to rest and stress release. Before the Immersion begins, we’ll support you in clearing your work schedule and planning simple meals that are easy to prepare and digest. We’ll also guide you in reducing (or eliminating) your intake of caffeine, alcohol, and digital media during the Immersion, because these things are barriers to deep rest.

What happens after I sign up?

  1. You’ll receive a meal planning guide, a checklist for how to prepare for the Immersion, and a list of recommended reading to support you in being mostly unplugged during the program.

  2. You’ll be registered for our online Rounding Workshop on Saturday, January 9. Whether or not you’re new to Rounding, all participants will be required to attend this workshop. If you have a scheduling conflict, email info@thespringmeditation.com and we’ll make an alternative arrangement.

  3. You’ll receive the daily Immersion schedule once we know the time zones for everyone participating.
