Ayurveda & City Living

  • The Spring Meditation 146 6th Avenue, Studio 6E New York, NY 10013 USA (map)

Join us for this special event!

Following a Group Meditation, we'll enjoy a wisdom talk from Dylan Smith, Ayurvedic practitioner and health educator from Sydney, Australia. Dylan will teach us how to incorporate Ayurvedic principles and practices into modern city life. He'll share practical tips on preventative medicine, from simple at-home adjustments to bigger steps for taking control of your health.

Ayurveda has never been so relevant to humanity than right now, as epidemics of chronic disease grow exponentially alongside our modern lifestyle. This phenomenon is supported by the 2017 Nobel Prize in Medicine, which was won for “Circadian Medicine.” Like Ayurveda, Circadian Medicine is all about living in tune with nature’s circadian rhythms.

Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or already incorporate Ayurvedic rituals into your life, this evening with Dylan will allow you to dive deeper into this expansive, profoundly life-changing body of knowledge.

All are welcome. Group meditation is included - no meditation experience necessary.

This event is free, but space is limited. RSVP to reserve your spot.
