We believe that a better world begins with the well-being of each individual.

Our mission is to teach New Yorkers how to optimize their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through Vedic Meditation, conscious community, and an ever-evolving curation of wellness offerings.

We aim to use our individual and collective power to create a more peaceful, equitable, and environmentally sustainable world.

The Spring’s Values

COMMUNITY: We provide an experience of conscious community that fosters personal growth, interpersonal connection, and expansion of knowledge. 

ACCESSIBILITY: We are committed to making meditation available to all who wish to learn. Students experiencing financial hardship may contribute volunteer hours to cover all or part of their course fees.

DIRECT EXPERIENCE: We encourage students to learn and seek truth through direct experience, not by simply believing what they hear.

DIVERSITY: We celebrate all forms of diversity in our students and colleagues.

EVOLUTION: We believe that change is evolutionary and embrace it fully.
