The Spring Sleep Lab will teach you how to sleep better using both Ayurvedic wisdom and modern solutions, how to set up your entire day to support sleep, and many other tips and tricks we’ve implemented in our own lives.
During class, you will:
Take inventory of your current sleep quality and routine
Explore Ayurvedic teachings on sleep, including how to improve sleep and address issues according to your dosha
Learn contemporary approaches to getting more high-quality sleep
Learn how to set up your whole day (not just your evening routine) for a great night’s sleep
Hear exactly what Rick and Arden have done over the past decade to prioritize sleep and resolve sleep problems
Class will begin with a 20-minute Group Meditation.
